About Us
Architectural Fabrication and Installation, Inc. (AFI) specializes in all aspects of specialty roofing systems -- copper, pre-finished metal and slate roofing systems. Our well-equipped sheet metal shop provides custom fabrication capabilities, including panel forming. We believe in quality craftsmanship, commitment and doing the work the right way the first time.


Our Background
AFI's owners, Jay Allen and Greg Benn, have known and worked with each other since 1986. Both have worked in the residential and commericial roofing industries. In 1995, Jay and Greg saw a need for specialty roofing services. They decided to take their extensive experience in the roofing industry and start their own business.

Jay heads up our sheet metal shop. His background includes sheet metal shop foreman for several local roofing firms as well as working at a high tolerance sheet metal manufacturing shop.

Greg is responsible for our field operations. He has been providing oversight of all types of roofing systems since 1986. His high standards and quality control can be seen on every AFI job.
